Bugs, staff should be more helpful.

This hotel was very clean and although it was older, there were recent upgrades and everything was in good working order. For the price, it was a steal. Every aspect was awful.

Staff provided poor service. Locks for doors did not work properly. Would never recommend.

The price was right for a cheap room.

It's were everyone in Sacramento who is having an affair seems to stay.

I stayed here in between places during a move, the staff is very friendly, but the rooms aren't in great shape, our carpet had a musky scent to it, the maids tried to cover with air freshener each day. Also the plumbing doesn't work too great. ...read more

Clean rooms and conveniant location.

Nothing I didnt really like.

Everyone was fairly hospitable, the rooms were clean and well maintained, the wifi access would shut down every now and again but you just went to the office and they gave you a new password so no big deal. Conveniant location next to the Freeway overall, a good place for the price. ...read more

Asked for a receipt and the indivisual working could not.

Outside of not able to get a receipt, the hotel was suprisingly pleasant. I would stay again
